Our history

1997

MD International was founded as a small family business.

2001

We became an official distributor and importer of Henkel Serbia (detergents and beauty care products).

2005

Extended contract with Henkel to include adhesives.

2015

Signed distribution contracts with Freudenberg Vileda

2021

Signed distribution contract with Vitaminka.

2022

Successfully finalized distribution agreements with Edgewell personal care and Cris Pack.

2023

Distribution contract with Vademecum.

2024

MD International officially joined the Waberer’s Group. Signed distribution contracts with Aleva, Flory, Swiss Nature.

2025

The beginning of a successful collaboration with our new principal – Philips.

On March 27, 2024, MD International became part of the Waberer’s Group through a 55% acquisition. This strategic partnership will help us expand our services, improve logistics efficiency, and strengthen our distribution capabilities.

What brings the future for us
